HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Take your black cardstock and make the following scores at 2.5” and 5” along the 10” length using the scoring blade on the Zision trimmer.
  2. Make a pencil mark at the top and bottom of the card at 7.5” from the left edge. Then, again using the scoring blade, make a score mark from the top of the 2.5” fold to the mark at the bottom of the 7.5” mark.  This score will disect the centre of the 5” scored line.  Repeat this from the bottom of the 2.5” fold to the top of the 78.5” mark, so you end up effectively with a ‘x’ in the centre of the card.
  3. Next mark the centre point of the right hand edge and draw a pencil line from this point in towards the 7.5” pencil mark previously made.  Do this to the marks at the top and bottom of the card. Trim away these triangular shapes.  You should now see a diamond shape formed.
  4. Then fold both the 2.5” and 5” scores into valley folds and the ‘x’ shape into mountain folds and fold the card flat.
