HOW TO MAKE:
1. Fold a piece of A4 purple cardstock in half to create your card.
2. Cut a piece of peach card 5" square and mat onto the front of your card as shown in photo.
3. Cut eight 2" squares, four from the green card and four from the purple.
Attach the green squares to the card as shown in the photo.
Round the corners of the purple squares and attach them on to the green squares creating a diamond shape.
Punch the following shapes:
Peach card - 2 retro flowers.
Lilac card - 1 retro, 1 daisy and 1 dragonfly
Green card - 1 retro, 1 daisy and 1 butterfly.
Yellow bee - 1 dragonfly and 1 daisy.
Green butterfly - 1 retro.
Dragonfly - 1 retro and 1 dragonfly
Hydrangea - 1 Daisy.
4. Lay the lilac retro flower on top of the peach retro, off setting the petals and add the green butterfly
retro on top of that. Create a double daisy by attaching the yellow bee daisy to the lilac daisy and attach
this to the centre of you retro flower. Repeat this process with your other retro and daisy shapes.
Attach your two flowers to the top left and bottom right purple squares respectively.
Attach your patterned dragonflies and butterfly to the plain ones and attach to your card as seen on the photo.
5. Stamp "treasure" onto the green cardstock and trim. Mat and layer this as seen in photo using up you excess card.
Attach to the lower portion of your card.
6.Decorate the centres of your flowers, the bodies of your butterfly and dragonflies and the message with the Hero
Arts gems.
7. Send to someone very special.
HINTS AND TIPS.
I find it easier if you punch and stick all your various shapes together first.
If you are using a pigment ink pad to stamp you message, make sure you heat it or it will smudge on the pearlescent card.
