HOW TO MAKE:
1 Cut a 12” x 12” black card stock in half then fold in half to make a 6” x 6” square card.
2 Tear a patterned piece of cricut paper approx 6” x 3” & a matching piece 6” x 4”, now stick these using glue stick to the left of card as shown.
3 Now ink all around the edges of the card with black stazon ink pad .
4 Using the Cricut cut the following :- Large & small tags in matching papers, Birthday Blessings & 21 in black card .
5 Tear small pieces of co-ordinating papers & stick to tags as shown .
